Day 1: Arrival at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and transfer to hotel. After lunch we will proceed to show you Corbyn’s Cove beach the only beach in city of Port Blair. In the evening proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show (at 1730 hrs onwards & each show duration is 45 mins, ticket will booked depending on availability) at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom  struggle is brought alive.

Only on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, first two shows will be in Hindi & fourth show will be in English and rest other days, allshows will be in Hindi. Also note Sound & Light Show tickets will be booked for Hindi by default until or unless specifically mentioned for English Show.


Day 2: Journey to Havelock by Ferry from Port Blair and visit Radhanagar Beach at Havelock

Departure by  ferry from Port Blair – Havelock. The ferry takes 2.5 hrs to reach Havelock. On arrival  proceed to selected hotel and in the evening visit Beach No 7* (Radhanagar Beach) rated as the ‘Best Beach in Asia’ by  Time Magazine. Return back to hotel to relax and unwind. (Kindly remind hotel to provide packed breakfast at Port Blair since the same is not included at Havelock).

NOTE: *No Vehicle provided to Radhanagar beach for the guests staying at TSG Blue, Taj Exotica & Barefoot, as its walk  able distance


Day 3: Havelock: Excursion to Elephant Beach

Car will come at 0700 hrs and please ensure you are ready as the boat will leave at 0830 hrs and it is a further 10 min drive  away to the boat) Embark on the most memorable trip for water sports activity at extra cost It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth  of about 1 metre. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life.  Note: Inclusive of car pick up and drop to jetty. (The trip may be changed to light house subject to weather conditions and visibility)  (Do note that incase guest is delayed for Elephant Beach No Refund will be offered if the boat has left) Water activities at extra cost on direct payment basis


Day 4: Ferry from Havelock-Neil . Overnight at Neil.

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to the jetty to board the  ferry to Neil Island. Upon arrival, transfer to the Hotel in Neil Island and check-in. Set out for a sightseeing trip to Laxmanpur Beach, Natural Bridge and Bharatpur Beach in the evening. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Neil Island.


Day 5: Ferry from Neil Island – Port Blair. Overnight at Port Blair

After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer to the jetty. Board the boat for Port Blair On reaching, check-in to the Hotel at Port Blair and relax and unwind.


Day 6: Port Blair – City Tour and Chidya Tapu

After breakfast, start for a tour of places in & around Port Blair (City Tour) - covering the famous Cellular Jail* (a witness  to the freedom struggle), Chatham Saw Mill (one of the oldest & largest  in Asia), Forest Museum, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries (Marine) Museum, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika). At 1530 hrs proceed to Chidyatapu located  30 kms away from Port Blair and also called the sunset point in Andamans. Return back form some local shopping and then proceed to the hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Ø  Hotels used in the itinerary and ferries have not been booked yet and will be subject to availability at the time of booking

Ø  Full names and ID proof will be required to initiate ferry bookings

Ø  Current Govt. regulations require all guests to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. This could be a passport (essential for all foreigners), Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card or any other Identity card issued by the Government of India with address proof. Pan Card will not be accepted as Proof of Identity

Ø  Citizens of Afghanistan, China, Pakistan, foreign nationals of Pakistani origin, foreign diplomats, members of the United Nations, International organizations holding diplomatic/official passport and Journalist, Conference/Research Visa holders shall not be issued RAP without approval of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, prior to entry into Andamans

Ø  All trips, excursions and sailings are subject to clear-weather conditions and subject to operations

Ø  Twin bedded rooms are not available in Andaman. All rooms will be double and co-joined bedded

Ø  You may experience poor to worse mobile and wi-fi connectivity in Andaman Islands

Ø  Satellite phones are banned in India

Ø  Prices have been calculated with existing rate of input taxes and may change owing to change in tax structure. Any such hike in taxes shall be chargeable

Ø  Check-in and check-out timings will be as per respective hotels rules

Ø  There are only 02 ATMS on island & not necessary cash will be dispensed all the time & due to network issues card machines transactions are also not guaranteed, hence please carry sufficient cash during your travel

 

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Please do note that we confirm bookings only after receiving full payment, and hence will not be able to hold tentative bookings beyond 24 hours from the time of furnishing the quotation
  • Kindly send us the flight details once booked, to include in our confirmation voucher

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Standard Package Cancellation Policy:

  • 50% refunds for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
  • No refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
  • All ferry tickets will be non-changeable and non-transferable.
  • No refund for any ferry or weather disruptions before or on travel or for sightseeing.
  • No refund in-case the flight has been rescheduled OR cancelled by the airline.
  • No refund for unused nights, early check-outs, missed meals or unused transport services if it occurs during travel.
  • No refund or amendments for any services for travel commencing during high peak season dates 01-Dec till 20-Jan.

Covid Cancellation Policy:

  • Booking can be postponed to any future date if any of the guests have an ongoing COVID-19 related health issue, subject to receipt of adequate supporting documentation.

 

Covid related flight cancellations OR disruptions–

  • Credit note for the amount paid for the trip will be issued to be utilised for future travel. Anywhere between 70% to 90%

 TRIBAL TOURISM

  • Promoting tribal-tourism or facilitating tourist visits to visit tribal reserved areas in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands is prohibited by law. A tourist is not allowed access to the indigenous tribes of the Andaman Islands (Jarawa, Sentinelese, Great Andamanese, Onge) or to their Reserve Areas and we do not sell nor implement any itineraries which are designed for contact with these indigenous tribes.

 

POINTS TO NOTE FOR MV MAKRUZZ / GREEN OCEAN FERRY /Sea-Link/Nautika/ITT Majestic

  • Kindly note that we do not guarantee the sailing of MV Makruzz / Green Ocean / Sea-Link/Nautika/ITT Majestic and in-case it does not sail due to bad weather or a technical snag we will not be held liable for the same. Our liability is only to value of the Makruzz / Green Ocean / Sea-Link/Nautika/ITT Majestic ticket and if any loss or extra payment for extra services needs to made Barefoot will not be liable for it.
  • Please note that the charges mentioned are only for the base category and incase the same is not available; we shall try and block the seats in next HIGHER category and the difference for the same has to be paid by guest. We offer to book only the base category in our standard package.

PERMIT REQUIRED FOR FOREIGN NATIONAL / NRI / OCI CARD HOLDER TO ENTER ANDAMAN:

  • It is mandatory to have PASSPORT which is valid with 6 months duration prior to travel & valid VISA.
  • As per recent notification issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, the RAP requirement for foreign nationals / PIO / OCI card holders (except for those from the countries mentioned separately below) has been relaxed. Such visitors will no longer require RAP to visit the 29 designated inhabited islands in Andaman & Nicobar. No RAP forms are required to be filled henceforth on arrival at Port Blair airport, but the Immigration Officials will continue to conduct check of the Passport and Visa of the visitor.
  • Citizens of Afghanistan, China and Pakistan, and persons with origins in these countries regardless of current citizenship, will however still require prior permission from MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs) to enter the islands, as will citizens of Myanmar who wish to visit Middle or North Andaman Islands. Visitors from the above mentioned excluded countries of citizenship or ancestry who arrive in Andaman Islands without written permission from MHA will be deported back to mainland India.
  • The following 11 un-inhabited islands have been added to the existing 29 islands that can be visited without RAP. These are Ross, Brother, Sister, Jolly Buoy, Red Skin, North & South Cinque, Rutland, Huge Ross, John Lawrence, Henry Lawrence and Inglis Island.
  • Separate approvals of the competent authority would continue to be required for visiting Reserved Forests, Wildlife Sanctuaries, areas housing Defence personnel, Para-military and other protected areas in the island.
  • If any foreign national of above stated excluded categories (Nationals of or with origins in Afghanistan, China, Pakistan, Myanmar) arrives without obtaining prior approval at Port Blair would be sent back by the same flight by concerned airlines on instruction from Foreigners Regional Registration Office, Port Blair.
  • Only those Bangladeshi nationals who are serving/retired personnel of Military/semi-military, police/semi-police, security and/or intelligence organization are required to seek prior permission from MHA before visiting Andaman & Nicobar Islands
  • Kindly note this is a Government related requirement and we will not take any liability in case guest has to return back from airport due to non-compliance of the government rules and regulations. Our normal cancellation policy will apply for all bookings
  • After deplaning, foreign guests should walk into the arrival hall, where the immigration counters are located (these counters are just ahead of arrival hall gate and before the baggage conveyers). The entry formalities can be completed here and it is mandatory, not to be missed.
  • Barefoot representative will meet up with the guest outside the arrival hall of Port Blair airport with the Barefoot paging board.
  • Indian Passport Holders: Resident Indian nationals only require proof of identification such as Aadhaar Card, Drivers Licence etc. (passport is not mandatory) to visit the Andaman Islands. Please note that PAN Card is no longer an accepted identification card for registration formalities at hotels.
